I HV screen protector on the fone. I HV cleaned it well. It's no longer blank while answering calls

It's the proximity sensor.....

If you have a screen protector installed, clean it, if that did not work,

Remove the screen protector and clean the screen, if it works, buy another screen protector...

Another thing is just to restart your phone

I personally still use Umidigi S3 Pro, Umidigi A9 + Umidigi F1 play(used by family members on a daily) .......
