Whenever i switch on data on my A5 pro, i can only use Facebook and WhatsApp, other apps chrome, opera etc won't access network unless i switch on a vpn app and i always notice the "cancel mark" on the 4G icon as well.......pls what could be the cause of this who knows.... thanks alot

Only WhatsApp andy CODM will work on until I switch network from 4G to 3G, then back to 4G again

I think because they're yet to have any repair centre in the country, any issue with the phone will require you to order for the parts online

If you are using MTN, go to settings, then mobile network, click Advanced, chose access points..look up and click the plus sign, set the name of the access point as MTN NG,under the apn should be web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net, tap the three dots on the top of ur screen, save the access point and then select it as the one u are using.. turn on ur data and enjoy
If it misbehaves again, change it BK to the default that is the one it came with.

If its MTN.. create a new APN SETTINGS ENTIRELY

NAME MTN
THEN ACCESS POINT SHOULD BE 9mobile...
