My umidigi Bison got stuck on Boot loop for a while.

Afterwards I did the factory reset, but it still could not turn on. The battery was still charging while it was turned off.

After a day, I plugged it and tried it again.
It still didn't turn on.
I got Into the boot sector and cleared cache. Then, I tried again and it turned on.
I want to ask if it is still the battery I should change. Cos it goes off on its own. Gets stuck in the boot loop.
Then miraculously turns on when it wants.

Please I need your advice.
I saw a video on YouTube that says the issue is with the power button IC. That it needs to be changed.

My Umidigi A11 Pro max get stuck at boot screen. As in it keeps switching off and on after showing the A11Promax and Android Logo.

I have tried flashing with a Stock ROM but still doing the same thing. Anybody with any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

The constant restart/bootloop could be as a result of OS corruption or installation of incompatible apk.

First off, when attempting to solve the problem, are you sure you flashed the phone with the right/factory-made firmware downloaded from Umidigi official website? Note that Umidigi company doesn't support firmware from third-party sites.

Secondly, which tool did you use for the flashing? Though there are a couple of flashing tools available out there, Umidigi recommends the use of SP Flashtools only to solve any problem of such on their MTK chipset.
You can read more about this on their website @ www.umidigi.com >support >download, and then select your phone model on the list.

Restart it when it's booting hold the power key for 3sec to make it boot correctly.
