Click on open dispute direct even if he extend it. Also chat AE customer care. I got a refund directly from AE after my seller default... I msg him but prove strong head to reply... Now he's telling to have patients after I have spend the Monet on another thing.

Mind you which store did you buy from. Hope its directly from umidigi store.
