Got mine like 5wks after I ordered it. Took 2wks before it was shipped and order was received exactly 3wks after it was shipped. Placed the order on 17 Dec 2018 and it was shipped on 05 Jan 2019. Order received on 25 Jan 2019. The store declared it as accessories worth $18. I guess that's the information they are trying to pass to you.

The phone got slipped from an admirer while checking the phone, the worst part; he's by friend.

The screen protector is just nothing but a very thick nylon, it doesn't even break neither does it protect the phone.
