I have Umidigi A3 & Umidigi A3 Pro devices, that never get hot on 4G ..........

This hotness, is network related...... Try using 4G on another network or when you change location ob the same network, i bet you would understand the cause of this devices heating up........

I only experienced hotness on the first week of using the device now it never gets hot anymore

That hotness is normal, all files, folders and app would have to sync back to new device. After initial setup is completed, device should be operating optimally.......

Playing games is a much higher resource intensive usage, so it is expected for device to heat up......

This device is not optimized for games, but would still play them.....

Once device is getting unnecessarily hot, stop playing to avoid frying your board............
