I was in the bank sometimes last week and saw a banner from SEC (Nigerian security exchange services)


Cut the long story short, the banner is merely encouraging Nigerians to register for e-payment of their dividends, but more importantly the banner promises payment of dividends of up to 12 years


Being a share holder who hasn't been able to retrieve my dividends for years I am seeking advice from bankers and professionals in the house

How do I go about it

What do I need to register?

How long is the process,

How soon will such payments arrive



Skye, access, first, and intercontinental banks have not given me any dividend in years


Sometimes the 6 months validity expires before the dividend certificate is delivered, sometimes, the amount paid out is as small as 300 which I consider insane to deposit

This is why I am interested
