Work emails are the email account provided by the workplace to facilitate your work and dealings with clients and customers, it is usually branded in the workplace or company's name. In contrast your personal email is your own email, opened by yourself for your personal purpose.

Every business related email must be sent and received through the work email, while personal emails should be sent and received through your own email.
The difference between workplace email and personal email is huge and constitutionally protected. Section 37 of the 1999 Constitution provides for right to privacy, this extends and covers your personal informations and emails.
