Was the phone upgraded from 5.0.1 to 6.0? If upgraded, it's because of a bug that comes with the upgrading.. You can solve the problem by downgrading it back to 5.0 or use a customized rom (WALTON PRIME MINI). that's how I can help..

Noo. Have used m5 marathon and currently using m5+. Thats not the way the phone is.... I guess the battery juice is not functioning well with the real power on the battery. I will advise her to restore factory setting.

A software engineer helped me out.. Give it to a software engineer and tell him he should help you to downgrade it or install customized rom.. I experienced the same thing before

It's Battery Calibration issue. Both the battery and phone are good. Just a minor software issue preventing the phone from detecting the accurate power in percentage. Just see a good phone engineer. It's not a hardware issue
