grin grin grin It is something too hard to control when you are eating something so aromatic

Well, here is how I do mine...

I tell myself how much food I want to eat.... I drink a lot of water before eating, I normally use smaller plates to take smaller meals... I drink water while eating.. and that is it I am full already or am just bored with the food.

When you do this for up to a week, you wouldn't even be able to eat a lot more than you want to....
