I want to buy a software online but the merchant payment gateway is PayPal and my Gtb card has been declining the payment, so I want to know the exchange rate before opening account with access Any reliable person can help me buy so i pay the equivalent in naira |

bro Linzo, access VISA card still works with nigerian paypal, i used it on wednesday (5th April, 017) to make payment online with no issue. |
