We have too many of them and a new club will only be hot for the while. Once people discover another new one, they abandon the old clubs. Management also matter a lot

It is. I pass there frequently. Lekki phase 1 is not a place where you can do business. I have seen businesses close down countlessly even before the kick of recession. People don't consider overhead costs in a highbrow area. Why rent a place of 5 million and you are netting 2 million. Isn't that suicidal ?
