I was just surfing through my Facebook this morning and I came across something on Npower group chat and I feel I should share with you Nairalanders, this got me asking questions 'if all beneficiaries are all graduate as the government claim? '

You can't give what you don't have. The man gave what he had inside him. It's sad that they are lots and lots of 'quarter-baked' graduates in Nigeria. Their deficiencies in the ability to write and speak simple sentences in English are a reflection of the rot in our nation's education sector. It's a shame!
