Just Why? Why.?
They ain't the one reading it? Thats not the child's choice? The child has the right to do whatever he loves to do!
.
This just one among many reasons why Africans are uncivilised.
.
e.g, A man's child wants to read Philosophy B'cos he loves it, meanwhile the father wants him to read Law which the child doesn't find interesting or got passion for, the child insisted he wants to read Philosophy so the man refused to enrol JAMB for his child.
.
its so bad that some teens here in Africa got no right to do/study what they love to.
.
Most of this parents forcing their children to read a course are doing it for their own gain. e.g, When a man get to ask the parent whats your son reading, he would proudly say Law, Doctor.
.
its fu*cking bad.. This can be compared to a forced marriage.
