Men all I keep hearing is mbbs and dentistry as if ui is just going to admit only them , please if there's any mathematics aspirants for ui abeg signify ASAP, I can't be the only mathematics aspirant here or am I?

Chosed Lasu Mbbs as first choice buh planning to switch..
A jamb score of 339 and a O'lvl of
phy=A1, Bio= B3, chem = B3, eng = B3 and maths ,B2...
is it quite adviseable to switch to Ui mbbs sire...

I had to sit down, calculate and draw plans b4 arriving at d choice of UI again... On comparison, her model is still the most favourable for me plus the admission is very transparent and merit-based.

You had better be happy you are the only mathematics aspirant here cus i'm sure the cutoff will not pass 50 still cus of less competition. And don't worry, you gonna meet a lot of them in school.

Btw i heard that my department (Statistics) is embedded in your department. So we are like minds..

thats an aggregate of 63.88 using last year's model.
the cutoff last year was 64.29....

so, its very close, and we cant determine yet whether it will be reduced or not.

what i'll suggest is that u kip up d faith and if the cutoff is released and its higher than last year, u can always opt for change of change of course. alternatively, if u dont feel too comfortable with the aggregate, you can change courses now from jamb.

just saying this frm my experience. i had 64.21 last year nd i wasnt admitted.

Don't just guess, please confirm. I checked through the courses offered in UI faculty of education, i couldn't find such course as C.L.A education there.

babe if your point is over 65 u can stay for CLA buh if it is less than 65..... I'll advise u to go for other art courses lyk english, history, philosophy, classics.etc


UI has CLA education but take note that you'll do some education courses with cla courses.
