Most times I hear people saying poverty cannot be eradicated from Nigeria and whenever I ask them why they say because it's human nature. That they would always have Rich and Poor people for capitalism to thrive. But I asked myself a question yesterday while I was alone in my thoughts?

Isn't it possible to reduce poverty if every street trader, petty trader, hawker or those who don't earn much are empowered financially with let's say 1m each to start any business of their choice? Let's assume we give these people 1m each to invest into any business of their choice, won't that automatically eradicate poverty in the land? Just asking though.

Oga OP, giving pple N1m will not solve our problem. If The money (N1M) is given to people. There is 95% chance they will import foreign produced items and attempt to sell. By the time they do that for 18 months, atleast 90% of the initial capital would be out of Nigeria. Poverty will only go away when our productivity matches our needs/want.

ONLY IGBOS can eradicate poverty from their region!
in fact, only ANAMBRA can save all igbo people if you talk about empowerment financially leaving other states to use the surplus for capital projects!

if only the stupligenius government of the zoo can let us be, we will go places!
imagine a pan IGBO forum where all the IGBO governors will pull resources together!
imagine an IGBO billionaires and millionaires forum where rich guys will empower aspiring young ones!

we can do it but.....not in nigeria or as nigerians!

because nigeria will rubbish our efforts!

its not as if we dont know what to do, its just that nigeria will rubbish it for us!

if the government allows individuals to build roads, seriously IGBO LAND will murder every other region but guess what..................... its not gonna happen because nigeria is bleeped!

let the nigeria FG leave us alone to do our things and lets see what happens!
