Ntel launched last to rave reviews. With their unlimited super fast 4GLTE mantra, a lot of Nigerians subscribed to their service.
However, like most things in Nigeria, good service never lasts. The so called touted unlimited internet is now a laugh. It is so poor that to describe it as 4GLTE is nothing short of false advertisement. Having made several complaints about the quality of their service to the clueless branch office located at Wuse 2 Abuja, they finally explained that they now have a fair usage cap of 3GB a day before a speed cap is activated. This so called speed cap renders the connection virtually unusable. I have made a formal complaint to the NCC on their toll free number '622' . This is a gross abuse, disregard of consumer rights and false advertising. These companies must be held to a higher standard and until nigerians as a people demand for better service, things will not change.

What does that even mean? Anyways did you not read my comments about the data cap for all users? Do you have a different experience? Why not share if you have a different user experience rather than make unintelligible comments.

Even when their plans were truly unlimited they were still unusable most times.

Now they've introduced a data cap and increased prices and they think they'll have customers?

I've already dumped them till further notice.

MTN's 4G + double data is enough for me.

PS They'll probably see your post; their agents are on Nairaland.

And I was planning to buy Ntel once my MTN double data offer expires.

Recently upgraded to 4G too.. It's the best, Just that I can't make calls when using it.
