This is to call out Dana Airlines and GT Bank for debiting our account twice for two(2) unsuccessful attempts at purchase of air ticket to and fro Abuja valued at N53,100.00 each, on 28th and 29th of November, 2017, on Dana airlines online platform and a GT Bank debit card. Only one reversal was done after some days but the second one is yet to be made despite several calls and mails to the customer care centres of both organisations who have been tossing us around.
