That one his power is in his looks... If he had Armor and a steed he would probably be the most OP in the anime...the more he looks like a Knight the stronger he is... If he had proper gear he would be much stronger than Shinra, plus he would have done better against Sho, Sho was amazed that Arthur reacted to his attack sef

Issorite... I am still waiting to be amazed by the anime... Don't let the manga deceive you tho, what you may have seen in the manga will most likely end up being shite when they animate it.... So I don't expect anything spectacular...
