Former Leicester city manager and 2016 FIFA Manager of the Year-Claudio Ranieri was a guest on Monday Night Football yesterday and he shared his thoughts about the events that surrounded his eventual exit as the First team manager of the Premier League reigning champions.

Particularly, Claudio Ranieri also revealed in details his admiration for N’golo Kante who he ‘almost missed’ signing.

"We were looking at another international player to put there. We lost Cambiasso, who was the main man in the middle. He arranged everything and was an experienced player, who calmed the dressing room.

"I tried to keep Esteban Cambiasso here, but he said no, he wanted to go away.........
