Here they are:-

1. Still Finding Their Feet:- Guys between 20-25 are still finding their feet, hustling, or just not ready.

There are those who are mature beyond their years but those are few and far between.

Ultimately, as a lady in this age range you should be gunning for a guy in his late twenties or early thirties who should be more settled emotionally and financially.

2. Serial Flirts:- Guys in this age range are not ready to settle down. It would be quite erroneous of you to take in for them hoping that they may alas settle with you. They would still go on with their philandering ways and might even end up with a lady who is not you.

we need more industries and tourist sites....if they keep building international airports ,when the tourists arrive what will they see?bad roads, poor standard of living etc Dubai makes more Money(Billions) that's bigger than our annual budget from airports alone.because people wanna travel to dubai and see things!

What happened to almost completed Oba/onitcha cargo airport? My people is dying because of lack of wisdom, the day we cease to politicizing everything will be the day we will got it right in this sick con3, the money u will use to build a new airport, 1/3 of it will be enough to complet the one we already had in Oba, it would have cut cost and serve a grate deal than umueri airport due to it closeness to industral hub of nnewi and onitcha, who will ever think of boarding a flight in far away anambra east? Maybe he is building it for kogi state or his Fulani clan, the idea is dead on arriving while bcux the one in delta state will serve it purpose to industral city of nnewi and onitcha,

Just hoping this laudable project will see the light of the day and does not end up like the proposed Anambra Onitsha-Oba
Airport of those days that did not come to fruition.
Today, the proposed site has been converted to a mechanic village and private buildings for people.

The dream of giving Anambra State a befitting Airport will finally take off today as history is about to be made in Umueri, Anambra East LGA of Anambra State. Governor Obiano had said that the project will be among the best and biggest of such Airport City projects in Africa.

With Memorandum of Understanding between the State Government and China Aviation recently signed at the Government House, Awka, everything is now set for the flag off .

The multi billion dollar project is for the development, under a Build, Operate, Manage & Transfer (BOMT) arrangement of an Airport City (Aerotropolis). The airport will be an International Cargo Airport and will have an aviation fuel dump where aircrafts will fly in to refuel.

Other airport city projects include but not limited to two runways, Passenger and VIP Terminal, Taxiways and Aprons, Fire Station, Control Building and Towers, Aviation Fuel dump and dispensing facilities, airport cargo sheds, aircraft maintenance hanger, five star airport hotel and conference center, aviation training and services buildings, airport multilevel car parks, airport recreational areas, international mega shopping mall, luxury retail shopping, China wholesale depots, emergency service centers, industrial business park.

The project will create a whole new world of economic opportunities for the South-East, and will unleash the untapped potential of increased trade and commercials , manufacturing, innovation, technology transfer, SME growth and IGR revenue explosion to Anambra State.

Below are the eight important facts about this project

1. This Airport City will be an integrated city comprising of Two Runways, A shopping Mall, Industrial and Business parks and Airport Hotels.

2. The Airport when completed will create 1200 direct jobs with 70 % of the jobs reserved for Ndi Anambra.

3. 3% of the profit made in the Airport will be reserved for host (Umueri) community

4. The Airport will be sited on 1500 hectares of land with room for expansion.

5. The cost of developing the Airport will be in the region of 2 billion dollars.

6. The Anambra International Cargo Airport will be constructed under Build Operate Manage and Transfer (BOMT )

7. The Partners for this project are Anambra State government Orient Petroleum

Elite International Investment Holding and Chinese Aviation company

8. The project will be ready in three years.

Invest Nigeria? Think Anambra.

PapaBrowne:
While I will commend whoever is responsible for trying, I like to be realistic.
Come on, aren't we all tired of seeing photo ops of MOU's that never get off the ground?
I am typically an optimist, hardly ever a skeptic. But I know this is just political showmanship.

First, no reasonable private entity would spend $2 billion to build an airport facility in Onitsha which is sandwiched by 3 airports all less than 100km away with combined passenger numbers of less than 200,000 yearly.
Asaba Airport= 18km. Owerri Airport: 78km. Enugu Airport= About 100km. It wouldn't make economic sense in the next 15 years.

This splintering into states is one of the biggest problems we are having as Nigerians. I'd rather Ndigbo champion as a collective, on a regional basis, real projects that would transform the entire South East region into one massive economic behemoth.

A high speed 350km/hr rail line from Enugu-Awka-Onitsha-Nnewi-Owerri-Aba-Port Harourt-Onne is barely 300 km and would make 10 times more sense than building another airport with shopping mall and hotels for $2 Billion.
At $10 million per KM, Spain built the Madrid-Albacete high speed line. China can do it for less. That means with $3billion you can build an Enugu - Onne high speed rail line of 350km/hr.

Build numerous industry specific industrial clusters with 24hr independent power plants along the rail pathway. Focus on the potential to move manufactured goods from these clusters to the Onne port for onward transport to the rest of Africa. And you will see the speedy transformation of the south east into Africa's greatest economic hubs.

Imagine being able to move from Enugu to PH in 1 hour? Enugu to Onitsha in 20 mins? Onitsha to Aba in 30 mins? Imagine.

And the money is easy to come by. The Ndigbo private sector would raise this money in a second. Just 20 Ndigbo business men putting up 10 billion Naira and this project is already half funded. Another 100 putting up 2 Billion and the project is already completed! The rest can come from loans. And the south East changes for ever!!

Once again I repeat, Anambra doesn't need another airport not in the next 15 years. A collective regional plan that would seek to transform the entire region is better off.

Wonderful!!!.

But it boils down to commitment and political will. Not long ago, Singapore and Malaysia agreed to build a HSR connecting both countries (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuala_Lumpur%E2%80%93Singapore_High_Speed_Rail). Which is ironic considering Malaysia kicked out Singapore from the Malaya Union in 1965 and the latter was forced to become independent.

The black man has a problem.
