Nigerian Rap phenomenon, Azubuike Chibuzo Nelson popularly known as Phyno has inked a mega deal with Telecommunication giant Globacom.
The Igbo rapper who is known for his fast and melodious indigenous rap laced with unmistaken humour joins other A-listers like Olamide, Flavour, Timaya, Omawumi, Psquare and a host of others as Glo brand ambassadors.
Phyno Fino expressed delight at the development and promised to give his best to add value to the Globacom brand. He is one of the most sort after artistes for collaborations both within the shores of Nigeria and the entirety of Africa.
Phyno is a graduate of The Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu. He started his musical career in 2010 and has won several awards and nominations including 2016 Song of the year, 2014 City People Rap Artiste of the year, and 2012 Best Collaboration Award amongst others.
Globacom in a statement released on Tuesday stated that Phyno, as a worthy role model for youths in the country is expected to increase the brand’s affinity with the youth.
