-DPRK dedicates all there resources into there armed forces, and in reality the North is just a convenient frontline buffer state for China, against the US.

-South Africa had a nuclear capability in 1989 already we still have a satellite launch capability at Overberg AFB.

-North is just a paper tiger, those missiles are all duds.
The only thing I fear about DRPK is there 1million brainwashed soldiers they can deploy.

How do you know this?,NK is a hermit nation with a tightly controlled media,only few rare pictures and videos get released once in a while; there is no way to know how the citizens of that country are faring,western media reports may well be propaganda.
