Continuous concrete mixer is necessary equipment for the wet type concrete spraying machine. It consists of driving device, quantitative screw, water supply device and a stirring barrel. And it can have quantitative feeding, feeding water, continuous stirring SICOMA twin shaft concrete mixer, and propulsion. What's more, it has small volume and simple structure, so it can meet the requirements of wet concrete jet feeder.

The main types of continuous concrete mixer

The size of continuous concrete mixer is named according to the theory production. The current used specifications have HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, HZS60, HZS75, HZS90, HZS120, HZS150, HZS180, and HZS240 in China. Such as HZS25, it refers to the concrete mixing plant with 25m3/h capacity. The main engine is twin shaft forced mixer. If the main engine is a single horizontal shaft Planetary Concrete Mixer, the type is HZD25.

The mixer can be divided into single plant and double plant, the single plant means that there is one mixing host in each mixing plant, and the double plant has two mixing hosts. And each mixing host has an outlet, so the production capacity of the double mixing plant is two times of single mixing plant. The double mixing plant is called 2HZS. For example, 2HZS25 refers to a mixing plant with capacity of 225=50 m3/h.

Working principle of continuous concrete mixer:

Continuous concrete mixer is equipped with a helical mixing blade, all kinds of materials go into the mixer after the respective weight according to the mixing ratio, and then the stir well concrete will be discharged from the discharge end. The concrete may seep into the sealing device of shaft end, when this kind of mixer is working. So this may increase the friction on the sealing surface ready mix concrete plant for sale, and accelerate the seal failure.

Maintenance of continuous concrete mixer:

1. Keep the machine clean and remove the dirt and obstacles on the machine.

2. Check the lubrication oil, circuit and control equipment, and then filling of lubricating oil according to the requirements.
