Wike is known for false accusations. Up till now he has not yet release the "cassette" he claimed the he had on how late former commissioner of police was planning to rig December 10th re-run. Honestly, no serious minded person should take Wike serious when it come to accusations. However, I give it to him in terms of infrastructural development, he is trying.
