Information Connectivity Solutions Limited (ICSL) is a Telecommunications Operator that provides premium managed network services. Our core competence is in the provision of IP Connectivity Solutions with High Availability, Low Latency and superior throughput. We design & engineer WAN and internet solutions around our existing national and International core infrastructure, utilising satellite, Microwave, Wireless Radio Frequency and Fibre Optic technologies.

ICSL has two offices in Lagos (Lekki & Ikeja), an office in Abuja. Additionally we have engineers distributed throughout Nigeria in major cities such as; Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Kaduna, Enugu, Calabar, Warri and Akure.

Key Accountabilities:
• Servicing and management of assigned existing accounts
• Increasing the revenue
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
• Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant divisions.
• Establishing new accounts - Sells Internet & Data services
• Identify and qualify new Sales Opportunities within designated area.
• Provide customers with quotations and Preparing offers, tender responses and other business related correspondence.
• Develop long term businesses
• Achieving assigned Operational targets.
• Servicing and management of assigned existing accounts and obtaining new orders to grow such accounts thereby adding to the revenue been generated from such accounts.
• Generating new sales from additional assigned sectors i.e. Selling Internet & Data services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
• Identify and qualify new Sales Opportunities within designated area.
• Achieving set Sales and Operational targets enhance the reduction in link terminations.
• Generate profitable sales.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Sales and Supervisory Roles with Experience spanning 5 years
• Preferably to have worked in an IT firm.
• Having good negotiation skill
• Good relationship management
• Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts.
• Keeps manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
