Notification of Vacancy.

A vacancy has arisen in our ABY project. This project target youths ages 10-24, influencial adults and married couples in the promotin of abstinence and faithfulness. This position will involv much travel to supervise promoters who are training youth to talk to other youth. It will also require detail reporting.

This is a contract position subject to yearly review and the project is scheduled to end 23 january 2010.

General qualification:
A Committed christian with a sense of ministry
Intergrity and honesty
concern abouth the HIV/AIDS scourge
committed to abstinence before marriage and faithfulness within marriage
leadership ability
Willingness to travel
Fluency in speaking, reading, and writting both English and Hausa
Ability top deal with people even i difficult training, monitoring, and evaluation sitautions and when challenged
willingness to work in a team

Specific qualifications:
Experience and ability in working with youth
ability to lead youth
ability to carry out program implementation plan
ability to supervise and mentor others
ability top work with the Program officer toorganize workshops and train others
ability to evaluate ans analyze program implementation
ability to give appropriatefeedbacks and reports to the Progrma Officer
Minimum educational requirements:
Diploma, First degree, NCE, or equivalent professional qualifications.
