If this story is true, isn't this one of the reasons why the president should resign? He is invalid, incapacitated and surrounded by selfish individuals who know what they will lose should he resign. One would expect Buhari's health to be his primary concern/focus at the moment and he should be spending quality time with his family members as well as looking after himself. But no, power intoxicates (at the expense of poor Nigerians)
