I ate some mangoes by 6pm today and wanted to eat some banana now but some people who knew I ate some mangoes earlier on objected to it saying that it was very risky. How true is this and what does it do to human health? |

Acid fruits should not be eaten with Sweet fruits.Acid fruits should be eaten with other acid or sub-acid fruits and sweet should be eaten with other sweet. Sub-acid can be eaten with either acid or sweet. Mango is sub acid fruit and banana is sweet fruit,you can eat them together. 1 Like |
