Worker Day Not Pay Day

An average nigerian worker is the least paid in the world yet we live in a country where your salary cant afford you the basic things of life.

We take the pain of waking up early to attend to official duty and sometimes we get robbed on our way home cos we probably worked late.

We see with our eyes and hear with our ears how the organisation is progressing but in our pocket we live and feed like slaves.

They make us feel our certificate is nothing because there are alot of graduates out there who can do our jobs for a lesser pay why because our govt has failed us, they have sold our future for their own greed.

We console ourselves, hoping that there is gonna be a better day ahead buh the truth is, its only getting worse.

Our Govt have failed us
Our Employers have failed us
Our Unions have failed us
We Colleagues have failed us
We have also failed ourselves
