I read somewhere in this forum that some carriers (MTN I think they said is one of them) is now blocking opera mini. It did not make sense to me since, using this browser compresses data, and if anything it helps throughput, plus I always use MTN whenever I am in Naija and I ONLY use opera mini on my phones. So, if true, it must be a very recent thing, or may be some versions of opera mini. It would help if someone can shed more light on it. As I plan on visiting Naija in march, and plan on using my MTN sim with opera mini.

I was beginning to wonder if i have become a [i]super-duper-tech [/i]overnight,considering most peeps are having problem with installing common Opera-mini.

It seems MTN blocked other opera servers. This is the working one (use as custom server)

Go to google.com and search for these tweaks yourself, I am so sure you'll fine what you're looking for because I use to do this some times .
