NASS REFUSED TO PASS LAWS THAT WILL ALLOW USE OF RECOVERED LOOTED MONIES FOR NIGERIANS ;-

Many people erroneously believed that President Buhari is not fighting corruption; because none of those already arrested/detained/accused by the EFCC has not been convicted.

But President Buhari wants to set up a Special Anti-Corruption Court and he named the bill as "The Special Criminal Courts Acts" which has been submitted to the NASS (National Assembly) since last year, but they refused to look into it & never thought of passing it into law.
The same thing is happening to the "Whistle Blowers Protection Acts" meant to protect whistle blowers from injury, death, economic sabotage, job termination, etc... They refused to attend to this bill also.

The Senate told the government point blank on the bill of "Anti-Money Laundering Acts" that they will not pass it into law. The bill has been with the Senate since 2015.
And If corruption is not tackled and the judiciary is not re-organized to tackle corruption, how will Nigeria move from the status of Developing Country to become a DEVELOPED NATION?

Most of the funds recovered cannot be accessed until the cases are concluded at the Supreme Court. Its about N2trillion potentially laying fallow that the government cannot touch until final judgment at the Supreme Court is pronounced. That is why the passage of Anti-Corruption Courts Legislation is critical in order to accessing these funds because such cases at the Special Court Level will be concluded more expeditiously.

Now this same NASS is asking for 2.3% of ALL FEDERAL ALLOCATION, for their "Constituency Projects". Can we now see the true enemies of Nigeria?

There is a perception deficit. Many people cannot even obtain the genuine informations of this Administration, because a dangerous narrative is being sold to people that President Buhari caused the recession (the recession which was since 2014 Madam NO ALL, our 1st ever rated economist, has warned us early enough of possible recession happening.

If this perception deficit is not corrected, President Buhari will not be able to get the support he needed to put his programme's through, especially the ones that needs enabling laws from the NASS.

Addendum to fellow Nigerians - Remember that terrorists only understand one language and that is Terror. We must all unleash terror on these NASS members so they will understand we are no more going to sit back and watch them to continuously destroying Nigeria.

Share it round, both at home and at abroad until every Nigerian has amassed the seven stones to stone the Satanic ably represented by NASS Members. We must shame the devil called NASS. Collect your own 7 stones or even more. Just let us start showing them that we know who they represents, i.e. Evil, the Underworld Wickedness, Satanic Occultist.

PLS JOIN THE REVOLUTION. JOIN THE REAL CHANGE.... BY FIRE BY FORCE.

He's right though you should read more. It's not that they don't want to its that they are debating various versions of the bills.

Nowhere in that newspaper report was anything like what Op said, was reported. So, how is he right, by spreading propaganda? undecided

They have something cooking but they are taking too long.

“The legislator noted that Proceed of Crime Act is being delayed because other similar bills sponsored by members and interest parties need to be sieved, compared and contrast with the executive bill so as to have enduring legislation on the matter.

Agreed he's spread half truths claiming they didn't look at Buhari’s request. They are simply still working on their version of bill. Right now the presidency blames them for not having effective legislation for funds.

The stuff about supreme courts and lack of prosecution is something else.

The real revolution will come when Nigerians hold their representatives to account and demand from them things that are in the public interest.

Not just half truths, he is spreading outright lies! And it is not good at all for the polity. His motive is to incite the ignorant ones against the senate!
