You see Saraki and his fellow Senathieves are trying hard to frustrate the executive and extension the Nigerian project.
Last year it took the executive months to prepare the budget not without the "padding and later disappearance " of the budget document in the Senate chambers.
This year, the work harder to prepare the budget early and avoid the criticism and disgrace of last year.
Now, inspite of early preparations and submission of the budget by executive the Senate has ignored it and instead is engaged with their personal interests which they fear is in jeopardy with EFCCs refusal to "play ball".
Saraki has never at anytime believed in the Nigerian but as a tool to his goal of unrestricted power and wealth extracted from the treasury.
