Don't be a foool. Typical dull Nigerian without common sense..these are the hooligans dragging this country back. Every hospital is capable of administering first aid, stabilization and resuscitation of an emergency patient pending transfer to a capable facility. I said EMERGENCY NOT TREATMENT!
