If you have finished, you will see your acknowledge slip with your passport and the details you filled and then you will see the date for zonal enlistment exercise and then things to print.

Yeah, you should get a mail via the email add you used if you are through.

Thanks for the info am grateful but I saved as PDF because I couldn't access a printer then and after saving the docs I hit the return button which redirected me to the application page again. So am at a loss on what to do to, as an assurance that am through with the application since I have not gotten any mail as confirmation .

It is case sensitive so take note if its upper case of lower case, as it is used on the acknowledgement form.
