FIFA World ranking released on Thursday shows that Nigeria’s Super Eagles have remained on the 40th spot with 726 points in the ranking for May. According to the rankings table on the website of the world football governing body, Nigeria remained unmoved from the spot it occupied in the April rankings. The position has also left Nigeria on the 5th spot in the continent behind Egypt, Senegal, Cameroon and Burkina Faso respectively. FIFA sef. How Cameroon (African champs) are third on the table, I can't understand. I sha hope that Naija will wipe RSA and our Cameroonian brothers in our next games to glide up that table. We've languished behind for too long now. Up the Eagles! |
