MFM FC have placed a price tag of $1 Million on the leading Nigeria Professional Football League goals scorer, Stephen Odey.

The 19-year-old prolific attacker was recently sighted in Denmark where he went through trials with Midtjylland FC, and the club’s director of football, Emmanuel Adeyemi says any club interested in the signature of the goal-machine must be ready to splash the sum of $700,000 to $1,000,000.

Adeyemi also dispel the rumours claiming that Odey was on a three-year loan to the club, saying the player is fully contracted to the Lagos-based NPFL side, adding that all of their players are on contract, and that they get remunerated as at when due.

“The bottom line here is that Stephen Odey is a player of MFM FC. Any body can go about to say whatever he/she likes, at MFM we are professionals and we act as one.He has a contract with MFM and he’s still our player,” Adeyemi told Sportscafe.
