On Monday morning I did a security wipe on my bbq10 due to internal storage issues, after formating I decided to start downloading apps from black berry world. I signed in for blackberry Id only to get one unable to connect to server try again letter( 504401). I have tried opening a new I'd, tried the forgot password thing even though I know my password is correct but it's not still working..

ff to 2 days later I tried searching for answers on my browsers, I formated d phone again, reset 30 billion times, cried,tried using WiFi network and it still won't work .

please help me as I can't download app from any other site.
