Crystal Palace were whopped by a Merciless Manchester City team at the Etihad Stadium. With the defeat Palace still stands at 16th position with 38 points followed by Hull City at 34.

David Silva flung a pass to the 18 yard box which was contested before a pass from another City player, Sterling, sent him back the pass to score from close range. Palace's defense was in shambles.

A corner from Kelvin De Bryune was deflected back before he curled a pass to Vincent Kompany who curled a fine shot past the arms of the keeper to hit the back of the net.

Sterling, De Bryune, and Nicholas Otamedi added to Palace's woes to give City a 5-0 lead. Palace couldn't produce anything threatening. The few chances they had was wasted by Zaha and the hands of Callebero.

Lol. You actually played Palace to win or what? But I was disappointed at their approach to the game. There's usually this urgency in their previous matches to outplay, outscore and out power their opponents. But here, it was lacking and Big Sam only chewed as usual.
