JOB VACANCY
We are the Nigerian affiliate of a North American IT firm and technology partners to some of the World’s leading technology companies and are in the process of establishing our African regional technology and business process outsourcing hub in Nigeria.
We are seeking for self-driven individuals with the right intellectual aptitude, who can manage the ambiguity of a matrix and remote work environment and possess a PHD (Passionate about what one wants, have a Hunger to work for it and the Discipline to keep up the work even in the face of adversity-P. Iyer) disposition.
We provide best-in-class, technology partner supported training to our associates on leading and emerging technologies required for service delivery in our various competencies. We also pay competitive compensation for the right skill set and aptitude.

Minimum Qualifications
• A 4 year University Degree or HND with a minimum of 2nd class or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 Credits in WAEC or equivalent examination, that includes Mathematics and English Language, obtained in a seating.
• Degree qualification obtained in 2007 or later.
• Pass a critical thinking aptitude evaluation test.
• Pass background & medical check
• Most possess minimum of 2 years to maximum of 5 years working experience in any of the related fields.

Business Analysts
The IT Business Analyst role is responsible for delivering and leveraging analytics throughout a solution development life-cycle to ensure the optimal development, implementation, integration, user acceptance, and performance of ERP and EDRMS applications, systems, and processes both within and across business functions. Business Analysts are responsible for identifying business needs working with our clients, assessing the impact of system or process changes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and providing insight to ensure requirements are translated into workable business solutions. These roles are also responsible for conducting user-acceptance testing and providing post implementation support to business stakeholders and end-users to ensure solutions meet the prescribed business requirements.



Programmers & Developers
Proficient or strong interest in any standard programming language including SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++, Python, PHP, etc. and ability to gather data from clients and prepare software requirements and specifications, prepare flow charts. Work from specs, develop and write computer programs. Provide design, test, debug and implement software applications. Involve in full life cycle development. Interface with users on technical issues relating to computer programs & systems. Participate in system & database design meetings.

Geospatial Business Analyst/Programmer
GIS Analyst/ Programmer provides Geographic Information System (GIS) support and development of web-based GIS data visualization products. The GIS Analyst/Developer functions would include applying GIS spatial analytics concepts including geo-processing, geocoding, linear referencing, dynamic segmentation, and overlay analysis to address analytics project needs on a daily basis

Training Coordinator
Training Coordinator would ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects. Trainer responsibilities include managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting large or small scale training programs.

Project Managers
A project manager would achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.

Travel and Relocation
The job could require frequent domestic and regional travels with occasional international trips. Our associates can live and work in any major Nigerian city that has a well serviced airport and good internet access availability including Abuja, Benin City, Kaduna, Lagos and Port Harcourt.
