As a result of expansion, a young and dynamic events and training company requires the services of a Sales & Marketing Executive. Successful candidates must be ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

JOB DETAILS
Sales and Marketing Executive: REF NO: HR/SE-0001; LOCATION: Lagos.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

He or She will:

*Determine clients business requirements
*Organize sales and client visits
*Develop and implement sales strategies
*Meet specified sales targets
*Be Internet savvy
*Build company's social media brand (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
*Utilize provided CRM platforms.
*Respond to client's request.
*Manage training and event request
*Develop proposals to meet expressed and perceived customer needs
*Build and maintain professional relationships with customer organizations and internally
*Make sales presentations
*Close sales deals
*Work closely with Business development manager
*Prepare and submit monthly reports to the business development manager
*Participate in weekly sales meeting.

SKILLS REQUIRED
* Self motivated
* Self driven
* Excellent communication
* Growth driven (both personal and company)
* Computer skills required (word, excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum OND
Required Experience: 1 year of cognate working experience

REMUNERATION
Commission based
