Ibadan is a very developed city, if you are looking at development from the point of accumulation of rusted and dusty brown roofs and dilapidated houses without toilets with masses living in abject penury.

Ibadan is very developed indeed. grin

please note the arrows, especially at the statue at the roundabout in pics 1, 2, and 4 which gives us a view of koko dome from afar also showing a wider view of our developed ibadan

What I think Ibadan needs now more than anything, is a bulldozer to work through the shanty town and destroy all those despicable eyesores called houses. You can relocate the inhabitants to Soka forest grin

that building there is the first sky scrapper in nigeria and once the tallest building in africa.

When that building was built, flat heads fore fathers were still on trees eating mangos like monkeys.
its one of those history yorubas have that flat heads will always be jealous of.

there are many sky scrappers ibadan, you could see them from the pictures posted by op and not 1970 pictures posted by that mor0n.
