Job Position: Administrative Officer

JOB BRIEF
A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees and clients, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage communication with clients.
• Manage the documentation and verification of clients.
• Handle enquires from prospective clients including inspections.
• Preparation of reports.
• Preparation and collection of agreements and forms for clients
• Ensure the maintenance of staff records.
• Responsible for inventory management.

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to details

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• B.Sc. or Higher National Diploma (HND)
