Recharge cards business and era is being phased out the same way phone booths went into extinction. The cost of producing paper cards for millions of people is not cheap.

I was having a balance of #1,000 with one of my subordinates. I told him to get a #750 MTN and send it to me. He called me few minutes later that he bought it for #820... I was mad at him for not informing me before buying it. Instead of shouting on the media that they have not increase the price of cards, they should let us have a means of communicating any erred merchant to them and they take it up from there... 180 customer care is useless.
