Save Your Kidneys Through These Simple Practices..... by Rambabz(m): 8:38am On May 13, 2017
The rate at which kidney failure or kidney
disease is experienced now a days calls for a
critical look into this matter. A lot of people
have lost their lives to this dreaded medical
condition, and if proper care and maintenance
is not given to the kidney, I’m afraid more and
more people will suffer from this.
The kidneys (located at both left and right side
of the lower abdomen) play a crucial role in the
body by removing waste materials filtered
from the blood. If there is a kidney failure,
more of these wastes accumulate in the body

make up for the ones you lost through
sweating.
The implication of dehydration to your kidneys
is that when there is no enough fluid in the
blood to process, it begins to filter out your
blood which leads to a bloody urine.
Check your blood pressure regularly
Many of us are guilty of this. Because there are
rarely any symptoms of high blood pressure,
many of us don’t pay attention to this vital
medical routine. Truth be told, many of the
heart problems and kidney failures are
connected to high blood pressure. It takes
almost nothing to check your blood pressure at
health care centers or even pharmacies, and
there is no pain whatsoever attached to this
check.........
