So earlier in the day, we have on front page, a thread discussing the rate at which secondary school students have sex (https://www.nairaland.com/3798898/rate-which-secondary-school-students). Just now, I saw on LIB, yet another madness from these young ones. These girls, without doubt are under 18. Who do we blame for this? Their parents or school teachers. Abi na the society we go blame? What becomes of these girls when/if they enter university
