Please Uncle Sam or Amadika, i need you to put me through on how to properly unlock my mtn fastlink E156g modem. I already got the code from you, but as i put in the glo sim card, expecting it to request for the unlock code, it didn't. It just only showed me the glo edge signal. Which i think means it was able to detect the sim, but when i change the settings and tried to connect, it refused and reported an Error 619 or something. Same happened with Zain. I'm wondering if i'm getting it all wrong, or the settings are not just right. Pls help me out. Thanks.

Brotherz, I need another favour plz, I bought this modem when I was in Egypt. Now I am in Saudi. It was provided by Etisalat, How can I use this modem to connect different sim of different places, Do I need different software to connect to internet using this modem, or I can use the same dialing software of Etisalat? Plz guide me,

you'll need to create the profile for glo or Zain for it to connect. Get the profile settings, configure them on ur modem and you'll be able to connect.
For glo
APN: gloflat
username = password = flat

For Zain
APN: internet.ng.zain.com
username = password = internet

JUST REMOVE THE IM CARD AND INSERT ANY OTHER IM CARD AND MODEM TO USB PORT. WAIT FOR FEW SECOND OR MIN, IT WILL ASK FOR UNLOCK CODE. JUST INPUT THAT FIGURE TO THE COLUMN AND CLICK OK, DONE, ALL THE BEST
