I am using MTN Fastlink modem E156G model and it's already unlocked but GLO network will never connect on it; having input the corrrect settings and about few months ago, i told guys about this and they were like telling to do something, which i dont really understand, so as to make the GLO line works and connects. They were talking about Mobile Partner and some jargons term. Now, I have got 'em, dashboard, dashboard update and firmware update for E156G model: i think these softwares are used to change the interface or to increase the 3.6mbs to 7.2 mbs , and to make the Glo network works perfectly.

I have already unlocked it, thanks a lot for your assistance. I now have a universal modem and enjoying myself onine. Please do you know how I can recharge with other networks (other than Glo) and check data balance (especially with Etisalat). Those functions appears to be default to glo and unusable. It is only the sms functions that works generally.

pls how do i flash my E1550 modem or update the firmware,it keeps disconnecting for no reason.

Reading through the first 3 pages of this thread and skiping to the last page i wonder how you have managed to cope with the deluge of requests for unlock codes if you were a server handling regests at this quantum you will probably be unable to cope with service requests by now you would be near crashing. Anyway may you find the number of requests for your services NEAR UNBEARABLE in your business.
