Chelsea will finally get to lift the Premier League trophy on Sunday when the Blues host Sunderland in the club's final match of the season.

Antonio Conte's men became champions last Friday after Michy Batshuayi's 82nd-minute goal secured a 1-0 win against West Brom at the Hawthorns.

The result meant Chelsea were able to play without any real pressure in their first game since winning the title when they hosted Watford on Monday night.

With celebrations taking place on the pitch after the entertaining 4-3 victory at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea are now expected to put on an even bigger show for their last match of the campaign against already-relegated Sunderland this weekend.

The Blues will then participate in the FA Cup final against Arsenal before conducting their official title parade a day later on Sunday 28 May to mark their success in the league, and potentially also in the Cup, in style.

TEAM NEWS

Conte has no major injuries to contend with, although, Ruben Loftus-Cheek missed the win over Watford with "pain in his back" which could result in him failing to make the matchday squad for the visit of Sunderland if he doesn't recover in time.

It's a different story for David Moyes, however, with the Black Cats boss having several players on the sidelines.

Jason Denayer and Victor Anichebe both missed the 2-0 loss away to Arsenal on Tuesday with thigh and hamstring injuries respectively.

George Honeyman was also unavailable with a back issue although he could return for the trip to Stamford Bridge as could Steven Pienaar, who has been recovering from an ankle injury.

But Jan Kirchhoff (knee), Duncan Watmore (knee) and Paddy McNair (knee) all remain out of action.
