Senior Special Assistant to President Muhamamdu Buhari on National Assembly matters, has revealed that the president will be the one to sign the 2017 budget. While speaking in a Channels Television programme "Politics Today" on Wednesday night, the Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on National Assembly matters, Ita Enang, revealed that the president who is far away in London for medical vacation, will be the one to sign the 2017 national budget.
